As a user of Zenochi, you agree to:

• Not attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the service
• Not share harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content

Our subscription terms include:

• Free Tier: Basic journaling and limited AI insights
• Premium Plans: Full access to all features and unlimited AI analysis
• Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time
• No Refunds: All payments are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds for any subscription fees, regardless of usage or cancellation timing
• Digital Service: Zenochi is a digital wellness platform with no physical products, shipping, or delivery services

Zenochi provides the service "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, or consequential damages
• Loss of data or interruption of service
• Actions taken based on AI recommendations
• Third-party integrations or external services

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the app. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
